The blue and white jar is of baluster form, depicts flower blossom and vines on the body, between scrolling lappet band and Eight Treasures band, two fish shaped handles mounted on the shoulder, complete with en-suite domed lid, bottom unglazed. 底部繪有成吉思汗頭像，書寫蒙古蘇烈爾文鈷料款的元青花，在中國大陸也有陸續發現。特別在北方窯口地區（如內蒙古、山西等地），一些民間收藏家徵集到了此類藏品。此器器型碩大，畫工規整，青花為蘇麻尼青鈷料。此品定為三級品。《大元至寶 台灣元青花分級收藏集萃》，#50, 222頁, ISBN 978-986-89885-4-5, 民國105年6月初版。
