The blue and white jar is of bulbous form, depicts flying phoenix amidst flowers and vines on the body, carved with two flying dragon handles on the sides, complete with pagoda form lid. 此器型制端莊，用以敬天法祖，屬祭祀禮器。胎體厚重，白釉微泛青。元青花器中很少見此造型。然保存不好，釉面偏黃，青花發色未能燒到位，是為六級品。《大元至寶 台灣元青花分級收藏集萃》，#71, 266頁, ISBN 978-986-89885-4-5, 民國105年6月初版。
