Of globular form, the body supported by three gilt cabriole legs in the form of mythical beast head, two S shaped gilt handles decorated in key-fret patterns attached to body via gilt coins and gilt key-fret patterns on rim, the body decorated with four ruyi shaped panels containing a variety of flowers and plants borne on leafy strapwork against dark blue ground, similar motif against teal ground in-between ruyi panels. The domed cover with a gilt finial decorated in vine and flower patterns. Qing Dynasty period.
