圓環形，蓋，體組合而成。盒蓋口沿下青花書「大明嘉靖年製」橫向款，盒身與蓋青花繪綠龍穿花紋裝飾，雙龍兇猛，騰躍於“壬”字雲紋之間。此盒透明釉泛，畫工極為工整，是嘉靖官窯中罕有之器。
The ink box is of compressed disc form, depicts two confronting dragons flying in clouds, six character JIAJING reign mark near the center hole.
