HETIAN WHITE JADE CARVED VASE WITH LID
白玉象耳㘅環瓶
The vase carved from Hetian white jade, with two elephant mask handles
and loops on the sides, below a lid with similar motif and design, the jade is
of greyish-white color tone with translucency.
白玉製，此器為大料剖製，玉料色澤溫潤，渾厚細膩。瓶身為扁圓形，一側腹部
雕刻一俏色靈芝。頸部兩側飾象㘅環耳。蓋部亦有一對玉蘭形活環與象㘅環耳相
呼應。

白玉 關羽紫檀屏風
The white jade plaque carved on the center with warrior Guan Yu riding on
his horse with halberd, inset within openwork carved zitan wood frame and
table screen, with vines and flower patterns. The jade is of smooth white
color with gilt decoration, the reverse with poetry calligraphy.
硯屏雕關公像，背面題詩。平面採用浮雕技法，將輪廓突出於平面，寥寥數筆便
將關公之雄偉刻畫得惟妙惟肖。雕刻法度嚴謹，玉屏配以原裝紫檀底座，裙板鏤
空西番蓮紋裝飾，雕刻細膩，較為難得。整器觀之，底座與美玉相結合，使得整
器典雅古樸，深具雅趣。
