LONGQUAN WARE PHOENIX HANDLE VASE
宋 龍泉鳳耳瓶
Song Dynasty period.

Of baluster form, the vase has defined edges, with two phoenix
mask handles on the slender neck, below the spreading rim,
glazed overall in celadon, bottom partially glazed.

小盤口，長直頸，折肩，直腹，圈足。頸部兩側各置一鳳耳。灰白色
胎，通體施青釉，釉面有開片紋，釉色青翠瑩潤。宋時的龍泉青瓷特別
講究釉的色調，在厚釉失透的情況下，刻劃花裝飾已不適用，取而代之
的是堆塑和浮雕技法。鳳耳瓶中的鳳耳就是用堆塑的方法製作，從而成
為龍泉青瓷最有特點的裝飾之一。此瓶以典雅的風韻、秀美的造型、瑩
潤的釉色，煥發出迷人的魅力，給人一種一洗鉛華的深蘊的藝術美感，
是元代龍泉青瓷最具有代表性的器物之一。

Song Dynasty period.

The well-potted Longquan ware shallow dish
impressed on the interior with two fishes
circling around each other, within round center
and lobed upwards, glazed overall in celadon.
板沿，淺弧腹，矮圈足，平底，內底塑貼鱗魚兩
尾，圍心相守，內壁周身刻菊瓣紋，足底現密紅，
周身滿施青釉，口沿、紋飾凸現，器美雅倩，古拙
趣奇。
